Many of my clients need help with depression, anxiety, burn-out, stress, Trauma, and relationship issues.  I work with adolescents and adults.  I am a Certified First Responder Counselor, and have experience with Fire Fighters, Law Enforcement Officers, 911 Dispatch and EMT Paramedics.  

Together we will assess your strengths and identify patterns of behavior you desire to change. We will create space for self-care and reconnect you to the life you want to lead.  As a veteran in the field, I have experience with all ages and all walks of life.   I support those individuals that are experiencing stress due to IVF and  infertility.  I work with high-level professionals who face challenges in managing the weight of executive responsibilities and leadership development.  I am results based, action oriented and direct in our work together.  You deserve a space where you are seen, heard, and understood.  Change is within your reach and you are not in this alone.
