All telehealth sessions are conducted through www.doxy.me, a secure and HIPAA-compliant platform. Your provider’s unique link will be available in your patient portal.

To schedule your first appointment, call our office to register as a new patient. Once registered, you’ll receive any required forms to complete before your first session.

Spravato® is an FDA-approved nasal spray designed for adults with treatment-resistant depression or major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts. No, we see patients by appointment only.

Yes, all of our practitioners are licensed. If finances are a concern, we also have residents in counseling who have graduated, are working toward licensure, and are supervised by Dr. Annie Phillips.

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy, ensuring a safe and trusting environment. However, there are legal and ethical exceptions, including:
• Threats of harm to yourself or others
• Suspected child or elder abuse
• Court-ordered disclosures
Your therapist will discuss these exceptions with you during your first session.
